PERSONAL TRAINING

60 Minute sessions focusing on the client's fitness and wellness goals and needs, while utilizing all the equipment in the studio. 

Clients have different goals and limitations. Some may be performance oriented, such as training for a first 5K run or mountain climb. Others may be rehabilitating after an injury or surgical procedure. Having previously served as an Exercise Specialist at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Deb has worked with a full spectrum of clients. 

These sessions can be private or semi-private.
