I am 70 years old and have worked with Deb for the last 10 years. She has always been very knowledgeable and helpful in improving strength, flexibility and overall health. Initially we worked together to develop an individual mat program I could do regularly at home. We then used my individual sessions for more targeted advanced work. Deb has continually kept her program updated with new techniques and equipment to keep things fresh and fun. As a result of our work together I have improved my core strength, improved my posture, eliminated neck pain and increased my flexibility. It has been a pleasure to work with Deb! I’ve been a consistent client of Deb’s for seven years, taking a variety of classes during pregnancies as well as postpartum. Deb provides a comfortable environment, yet still inspires a great full body workout. Her studio is beautiful, but more importantly Deb herself is warm, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Whether a group class or private session, she is genuinely invested and tuned in to her client’s physical needs and abilities as well as their lives outside the studio. Since my time with Deb, I’ve not only grown stronger mentally and physically, but have finally made exercise a priority in my life. I have been a client of Deb’s for 4 years. In the past, I have participated in a variety of exercise classes in large facilities but nothing compares to the the classes and personal training with Deb in her bright, beautiful, and clean studio. The work outs are challenging, individualized to accommodate any fitness level and never boring.
Deb continues to take courses to stay current on exercise and fitness trends. With my background in physical therapy, I can appreciate the commitment Deb has to continuing education and how it demonstrates a dedication to her profession and to the clients that she works with. She is extremely knowledgeable, motivating and most of all fun to train with. Her emphasis on posture, core strength and balance has translated into all aspects of my daily life. I’m 56 years old but this is truly the strongest I have ever been and I am grateful beyond words to Deb and The Fitness Studio at Chases Pond!
