Circuit Training Classes

This class combines cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance. Students begin with a dynamic warm-up, then choose 1 of 10 stations to begin their circuit. Students flow through 3 rounds of exercises with a 1 minute water break in between. Stations utilize TRX, The Tower Trainer, Bosu Balls, Rip Trainer, Weights, and Bands. Class concludes with full-body stretching and foam rolling. 

Class Length- 60 Min.
