Pilates Mat with Props

These classes are based on Stott Pilates Five Basic Principles: Breathing, Pelvic Placement, Rib Cage Placement, Scapula Placement, and Head and Neck Placement.

 

Props help facilitate a better understanding of each exercise through proprioception. Learn to move tension free while strengthening, toning, and improving core strength, flexibility and balance.
