TRX Suspension Classes 

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system which leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Anyone can train with this, whether you're an athlete training for a competition, or a 70 year old looking to maintain and improve strength and balance. By simply adjusting the body position, one can increase or decrease the amount of resistance.
